Recovering after delivery can limit your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from a C-section, vaginal birth, or have utilized adoption or surrogacy, Maria will support you to make a healthy and complete recovery. Her goal is to make sure you are nourished, resting, and that your mind is at ease. 

Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, the constant demand can prevent parents from caring for themselves. As your doula, Maria will be there for support and encouragement. She will bring baby to you for feeding or give baby a bottle while you rest. If feeding issues arise, a consult can be arranged in home to target your specific struggles.

Having expert guidance and support in your home can be so relieving during the postpartum period. From soothing baby to diaper changes, bottle prep, laundry, Maria will be there to help you and teach you how to best care for your newborn.  

Now is the time for bonding and getting to know your new baby. You relax and leave the chores to Maria. She will assist with laundry, dishes, sanitizing, and organization. You deserve complete peace of mind.
